Rev. Reebee Kavich Girash is a United Church of Christ minister. She is the Pastor of Pilgrim Congregational Church, UCC in Lexington, Massachusetts. Since at Pilgrim she has served on the executive of the Lexington Interfaith Community Association, and on the Steering Committee of Lexington United Against Antisemitism.
Reebee also serves as the Denominational Counselor to United Church of Christ Students and Instructor on Church Polity at Harvard Divinity School, where she received her M.Div. in 2002. She also facilitates a Clergy Covenant Group for newer clergy.
In addition to parish ministry, she is a climate activist, having served on the Leadership Team of the Massachusetts Interfaith Coalition for Climate Action, the Working Board of Better Future Project and as the Outreach Coordinator for Religious Witness for the Earth. She is a Boundary Awareness Trainer for Clergy. She previously served on the Racial Justice Taskforce of the historic Massachusetts Conference of the United Church of Christ.
She lives with her family in Arlington, MA. Her hobbies include baking, cycling and hiking.
